Wisconsin Alumni Club of Austin Founder's Day - Thursday, April 30, 2009

This year's Founder's Day was an overwhelming
success. With over 70 people attending, our
Club filled Scholz's North Hall with UW Alumni to
gather and celebrate the founding of the
University back in 1849. The Club raised over
$500 for the Scholarship Fund.
The Club was fortunate to have Mark Bugher
from the University Research Park come and
present on the institution which he directs. Mark
spoke on the tremendous brainpower of the
faculty, students, and alumni of UW which have
created a technology hotbed in Madison.
