How you can volunteer:
New to Austin? Been in Austin a while? Our Club is always looking for extra
help. Below are a few ways you can get involved. If you are interested,
please contact us and let us know how you'd like to contribute.
Volunteer Levels of Involvement:
Low Level:
- Donate to Scholarship Program
- Wear your UW Badger gear
- Help setup, decorate, or clean up at an event
- Attend an event
- Work event check in and registration
- Compile event evaluations
Medium Level:
- Assist in securing event donations and sponsors
- Serve as event photographer
- Store chapter equipment and supplies
- Donate professional services
- Plan a happy hour
- Become a Badger Career Network volunteer
High Level:
- Serve on a Planning Committee for an event, program, or other
- Serve as Chapter Officer
- Coordinate Chapter Newsletter
- Work with WAA to design a poster, flyer, or logo
- Mentor young alumni
- Compile and maintain list of community resources
- Serve as program presenter
